Can I grow marigolds from seeds indoors? Will I need special grow lights?

you can grow them inside and no you don't need special grow lights... a bright windowsill is the best place to grow them ...

    Thanks for the info, but is it really possible to grow lights? Maybe I'm thinking a little too sci-fi with this, but it would be pretty cool. There's a little light sprout and before you know it, it's a huge beam of light the size of an airport floodlight.
