it depends on the variety. Some are 8" tall and others will get to be 18" tall.
check on the seed envelope or the tag that came with your plants.
How big do marigold flowers get???
depends on the variety of marigold some stay really small and I have had plants that have gotten 21/2 feet tall so it really depends on the variety
