Probably rabbits or more likely ground hogs.
What's eating all the leaves off of my marigolds and pablano peppers. They are small plants, just planted
look close and the plant if there are small green or white bugs it is greenfly or whitefly also slugs and snails could be a problem, treat the flys with bug clear (it can be got a good garden centers) or treat the slugs/snails with pellets from garden centers
